Čorba

Description:

Općenito rečeno, čorbe su malo gušće juhe. To je bogati tanjur kojemu ne treba dodavati prilog ni salatu. Ima nekoliko vrsta čorba, izabrali smo jednu, a to je čorba od mahuna.

 
 

Ingredients:

 

Rezane mahune,
krumpir na kocku,
svježe janjeće,
teleće ili juneće meso i začini,
a ako je bez mesa onda ide zaprška – lagano prženo bijelo brašno na ulju

 

Recipe Properties:

Za sve čorbe vrijedi jedno pravilo – glavne sastojke čorbe i meso (bilo suho ili svježe) staviti u hladnu vodu, to će pomoći da se meso što više «uključi» u ukus čorbe.
