Musaka (meso i krumpir)

Description: Uz dobru musaku, pogotovo ako je jače začinjena idu i crno i bijelo vino, dakle, i Žilavka i Blatina

 

 

Ingredients:

Mljeveno meso,
krumpir,
malo soli,
malo papra,
ružmarin,
celer-peršin,
bosiljak,
rajčica,
par žlica mlake vode i
žlica ulja

 

Recipe Properties:

Mljeveno ili sitno rezano se pomiješa s krumpirima rezanima na ploške. Dodajte malo soli, ne previše papra te začine po želji (ružmarin, celer-peršin, bosiljak, rajčicu, par žlica mlake vode i žlicu ulja). Sve to lijep i dobro izmiješati da se ujedini. Stavite u posudu – poravnajte žlicom te stavite u pećnicu na temperaturu na kojoj pečete kruh. Dužina pečenja je jednaka pečenju kruha. Uz dobru musaku, pogotovo ako je jače začinjena idu i crno i bijelo vino, dakle, i Žilaka i Blatina.
