Ingredients:

kilogram paprike (žute ili zelene),
tikvica,
tri velike glavice kapule,
80 dkg zrele rajčice,
češnjaka,
maslinova ulja,
malo soli,
papra
te po volji feferona
a poželjan je i zeleni bosiljak.

 

Recipe Properties:

Operemo paprike i razrežemo ih dužinski ili po volji na plohe. Sjemenje i peteljke treba odstraniti. Tikvice izrezati na kvadratiće, ako nemaju sjemena, dodati kapulu i češnjak i pirjati na vrelom ulju kojega ne smije biti previše jer će povrće pustiti dovoljno tekućine. Sve zajedno se ubaci u dobru čašu vreloga ulja i nastavi pirjati. Rajčica se ubaci u vrelu vodu nekoliko minuta te je oguliti, i dodati u vrelu masu koja se pirja na ulju. Na kraju dolaze papar, sol i feferon.
