Ingredients:

250 gr maslaca ili margarina,
100 gr šećera,
2 cijela jaja,
450 gr brašna,
1 prašak za pecivo,
limunova korica,
1 kg šećera i
¾ l vode za sirup

Recipe Properties:

Umutiti maslac šećer i jaja, dodati brašno sa praškom za pecivo i limunovom koricom. Sve lijepo izraditi rukom. praviti kuglice veličine većeg oraha, a od ovoga oblikovati hurmašicu. Peći oko 30 min na 200oC. Vruće zaliti ohlađenim pripremljenim sirupom od šećera i vode.
